I'm Greta Strickland

Here's me in a nutshell: I'm party girl turned therapist, girl mom and golden retriever lover, and self-care enthusiast, and a self-proclaimed over-achiever with a healthy dose of procrastination tendencies.

 

I've been doing therapy since 2013 and there is one thing I've realized since day one: clients want real strategies, sustainable transformation, and genuine hope.

I’ve worked to take my in-session strategies and translate them into easy-to-understand tools. I'm bridging the gap between reading countless self-help books and the transformative power of real therapy. If I can offer practical strategies that make the power of therapy easily accessible, then I’ve done my job!
