So… My Website’s Been Getting Around

Back in 2021, I started noticing my name and website showing up in articles online. At first it was just once or twice, and I thought it was a neat coincidence. But then it kept happening, and before long it became clear that my website was being quoted and referenced more than I realized.
Eventually, curiosity got the best of me and I did a copyright search. What I found shocked me. More than 60 therapists across the world had copied parts of my website, including my branding and original writing, and were using it as their own without permission.
At first, I was angry. Sometimes I still am, if I am being honest. I didn't design my website layout but every word I'd written was my own. My web copy was my pride and joy because of how much time and thought I'd put into it.
But over time I decided to reframe it. In some ways it is a backhanded compliment because it means my words and ideas resonate. Rather than focusing on the frustration of people copying my writing, I thought it would be more meaningful to highlight these articles myself. It feels exciting to be featured, and sharing them this way not only celebrates the reach of my work but also offers a reminder that everyone has something unique and authentic to say. My hope is that by showing you where my words have traveled, you’ll feel encouraged to discover your own voice too.
Below you will find a growing list of the articles and features where my work has been included. I am proud of the reach it has had, and I am even more excited about helping people find words and ideas that truly reflect who they are.

Seeing my work pop up in so many places has been both surprising and encouraging. It reminds me why I started focusing on my writing in the first place, whether it be on my website / the blog / on an Instagram post - to connect, to inspire, and to put words to the things that can feel hard to say. I hope this list not only gives you a glimpse of my journey but also sparks something in you to keep finding and using your own authentic voice.
